It may be the oldest joke in Communism. Three political prisoners in a gulag in
Communist Czechoslovakia are breaking rocks with a sledge hammer. One of them asks another, 'Why are you
here?" He replied, "I was
pro-Rajk." (Laszlo Rajk, a Titoist
deviant) Then that one asked his
questioner, "And why are you here?"
Came the answer, "Because I was ANTI-Rajk." The third one remained silent until one of
them asked, "And you! Why are you
here?" "I'm Rajk!" he
replied. Professor-writer-scientist-inventor
ADRIAN VANCE knocks out a blog or two daily that would take a normally
brilliant writer-commentator a week.
Vance once did a piece on how great economist Arthur Laffer was. More recently he did one on how villainous
Arthur Laffer is. Vance visits with Sara
and Barry this evening to explain who Arthur Laffer is, and why you, or at
least your accountant, should care!
Barry's talk show brings listeners wisdom, insight, and first-hand knowledge from a cosmopolitan mind and down-home heart full of charm, sweetness, and the warmth of a deep and steady inner fire. One taste and your listeners will agree that Barry Farber is to talk radio what a fine wine is to a good meal. CRN1 M-F 5PM PT.

2/7-BARRY WANTS TO KNOW WHERE JERRY WAS WHEN HE NEEDED HIM; AN EXCELLENT KICKOFF TO THIS PROVOCATIVE HOUR.
According to a widely-heard, read and respected author
and commentator, America's leaders have no plan to deal with America's
financial crisis? JERRY ROBINSON, author
of "BANKRUPTCY Of Our Nation" points out that, in addition to a more
than sixteen TRILLION dollar national debt, America is also saddled with
ONE-HUNDRED-TWENTY TRILLION dollars in unfunded liabilities! However, Robinson says you, the individual
American, need not just stand there and behold the disaster. In his visit with Sara and Barry this
evening, Robinson will detail over a half-dozen ways YOU can "remove
yourself" from the disaster and prosper.

2/6- "WHY CAN'T YOU TELL ME HOW IT'S DONE?"
What Wimbleton is to tennis and Augusta is to golf,
Hollywood's Magic Castle is to the world of magic. Magic is clean and powerful entertainment and
the Magic Castle is the pulsating center of that enthralling universe. MILT LARSEN, co-founder of the Magic Castle
and author of "My Magical Journey: The First 30,000 Days" tells, not only about the famous magicians
who've performed there, but the famous stars of Hollywood and TV who just can't
resist the "Pick a card; ANY card!" route to keep audiences from many
thousands to one single individual spell-bound.
Larsen visits with Sara and Barry this evening.

2/5- LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT. THE AIM IS NOT TO SAVE AMERICA, BUT TO SEE WHO YOU CAN SUCCESSFULLY BLAME FOR FAILURE
Did you ever have the kind of dream -- put in your own
profession -- where you were calling a football game play by play and all of a
sudden they weren't playing football any more.
They were playing something you'd never seen before and while you were
trying to figure it all out the producer handed you a note that you were
speaking the wrong language? That's the
way Barry feels about American politics right now. Both parties agree to a "sequester"
because it's too horrible to let happen and they figure it'll make agreement
necessary; and there's no agreement in sight.
And the only person in sight who doesn't run down the hall screaming at
all those massive military cuts is the president's nominee for secretary of defense. To the rescue, former New York CONGRESSMAN
JOHN LeBOUTILLIER to bring Barry out of his dream. Congressman LeBoutillier visits with Sara and
Barry this evening.

2/4- WHAT'S THIS ABOUT THE THE "NATIONAL ROCK ASSOCIATION"? A LOT OF TRUE WORDS ARE SPOKEN THROUGH FALSE TEETH! !"
Not every comic writer could give a stomp-down
sinner-sweating sermon like REV. DON BOYS and not all that many atan-bashers
could do a comedy routine as rich and funny as Reverend Don's satirical
replacement of "guns" with "rocks", but Rev. Don, former
member of the Indiana House of Representatives does it all with wit and
wildness as he visits with Sara and Barry this evening.

2/1-Barry isn't a classic "Gotcha!" interviewer, but he occasionally likes to stump a guest in an original and painless way. First question for PHYLLIS SCHLAFLY coming up: If you were invited to two talk shows on at the same time, one that wanted to talk about admitting gays as Boy Scouts and scoutmasters and the other that wanted to argue women in combat, which would you choose? Which do you find the more outrageous? Mrs. Schlafly, who almost single-handedly defeated ERA in the last century visits Sara and Barry this evening to take her choice and state her reasons.
