1/13-TRUE TALE: MY EYE DOCTOR WANTED TO VACATION IN MARSEILLES. I DIDN’T APPROVE. HE’S JEWISH. I ASKED HIM, “DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE SECOND MOST WIDELY SPOKEN LANGUAGE IN MARSEILLES IS” “I KNOW ALL ABOUT THAT,” HE SAID. “IT’S ARABIC.” “NO,” I REPLIED. THAT’S NUMBER ONE. NUMBER TWO IS FRENCH!”

WHAT!  President Hollande of France threw “un fit d’hissy” (That does not quite mean “Hissy Fit”in French”) when he learned that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was going to “crash” the “Unity Party” march in Paris last Sunday?  It seems the spirit of the march isn’t quite clicking in.  It’s like a beauty contestant getting slapped in the face by Miss Congeniality!  What other holes appear in the realities of Tuesday that they wanted us all to believe on Monday?  Teacher-writer-scientist-inventor ADRIAN VANCE visits with Sara and Barry this evening.

1/12-THE JEWS OF FRANCE SHIFTED IN ONE DAY FROM THE MOST ENDANGERED JEWS IN EUROPE TO THE BEST PROTECTED. CAN IT LAST?

SHANNON TAYLOR is a Jewish attorney of French ancestry whose father played a key roll in the anti-Nazi resistance movement during World War II.  Obviously the headlines from Paris give Taylor gigantic payloads of fascinating recollections dating back to the days he was learning three languages as an infant – French, English and Hebrew!  Taylor visits with Sara and Barry this evening.

1/9- THE RULER OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ISLAMIC NATION APPEARS BEFORE A CHRISTIAN CONGREGATION AND DEMANDS JUSTICE, NOT JIHAD!

If the restaurants whose garbage cans you monitor are luxurious enough you’ll get an occasional free scoop of caviar.  And the same applies to the news business. Thrown away in the chaotic coverage of the tragic violence exploding out of France are such major items as this:  The military ruler of Egypt, Gen. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi appeared before the congregation of a Coptic Christian church in Egypt to denounce the Jihadi slaughter of the journalists and police in France and called for nothing less than a REFORMATION of Islam!  Sara and Barry empty the disposal units to see what other good news may be lurking down below!

1/8- WISDOM CAN HEAL. WISDOM CAN RESCUE. HERE’S AMERICA’S CHANCE TO HEAR AND HEED THE ANTI-TERROR WISDOM OF CHARLES WILEY.

CHARLES WILEY is a veteran war correspondent, journalist, commentator and American patriot whose “Welcome Home” parade to greet American troops returning from Viet Nam became the third-longest parade in American history.  Though almost 90, Wiley speaks hundreds of times a year to high school and university audiences.  His views on terrorism and how best to fight it and beat it gain special importance in the aftermath of the “Charlie Hebdo” massacre in  France this week.  Wiley visits with Sara and Barry this evening.

1/6-IF MUSLIM ABILITY TO PUSH ALL OF EUROPE AROUND WERE A STOCK, BARRY WOULD SELL SHORT IMMEDIATELY STAY TUNED; HEAR WHY.

Remember the Cold War in Vienna when the center section of town rotated monthly among American, British, French and Russian control.  And, unlike Berlin, you didn’t have to get across a line from that zone when it was under Russian control.  All you had to do was hide out in a sewer until the Russians relinquished control and you were free.  Likewise, Barry has waited these weeks before saying, “Gruber was right!”  Obama’s health guru who called American voters stupid was absolutely right, says Barry.  That was proven as Republicans took over both houses of Congress today.  Barry will explain.  Teacher-writer-scientist-inventor ADRIAN VANCE then comments.  Then all hell, some hell or not very much hell at all will break loose as Vance visits with Sara and Barry.

1/5-NOT EVERYBODY FAMILIAR WITH YOUNG AMERICANS ARE WAILING AND MOANING ABOUT THEIR IGNORANCE AND INADEQUACY. STAND BY FOR SOME GOOD NEWS.

As a journalist he’s covered something like eighteen wars and spent a lot of nights on hard, unheated floors of dictatorships around the world.  He’s CHARLES WILEY and, pushing 90, he nonetheless makes literally hundreds of speeches each year, mostly to young Americans who don’t have a clue who Hitler and Stalin were and couldn’t really do much better describing Ronald Reagan.  Wiley visits with Sara and Barry this evening to offer his prognosis of America’s future based on the taste, talent and trajectory of our youth.
