The mobs in Wisconsin have little in common with the mobs in Cairo and other Arab capitals, yet they may wind up with no less profound an effect. Former New York Rep JOHN LeBOUTILLIER weighs the validity of the Wisconsin chants of "This is all to break the union!" against the governor's plea that this is all to save the state!
