3/9-Gadhafi: Multiple Flop-Artist
Libya's Gadhafi has a scrapbook even more unusual than most people realize. He tried to take over the leadership of the Arab world, and wound up with every single Arab leader hating him. He then shifted southward and tried to be Mr. Africa, and his slovenly army was chased all the way back into Libya by the even more slovenly army of Chad. Now he figures his charm might work in a totally different part of the world, with Caribbean dictators like Chavez and Castro. How's he doing? Cuban freedom-writer HUMBERTO FONTOVA gives Sara and Barry the up-to-the-minute scoreboard.
