7/7- NLRB: The Referee That HIts Without Boxing Gloves

Activist judges are old news. They've been around for a long time. Welcome to a hyper-activist National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). After telling Boeing it can't build a factory in right-to-work South Carolina since their home plant is in union country, Seattle, Washington, the NLRB now tops itself by limiting the voting time of employees over whether or not they want to unionize to a mere ten days. DAVE BEGO's firm, Executive Management Services, repelled all the sneaky tricks the formidable Service Employees International Union (SEIU) could throw at them and prevailed. Bego tells Sara and Barry why the ten-day "campaign" is an outrageous pro-union maneuver.
