Silence can speak louder than words. Which silence in the world today speaks most loudly? Dr. Charles Dunn suggests it's the sudden silence of former President Bill Clinton who, Dr. Dunn suspects, is planning to mastermind a primary challenge to Obama by his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Dr. Dunn, a President Reagan and President George W. Bush appointee, now serving as Regent University Distinguished Professor of Government, tells Barry all about it. Dr. Dunn is the editor of the recently published, The Presidency in the 21st Century (UPK, 2011) and author of The Seven Laws of Presidential Leadership (Pearson/Prentice-Hall, 2007).
