The voting booths of Scotland are the most important divorce court in the world at the moment as Scotland votes tomorrow whether to remain as a partner in the United Kingdom or begin a new national life of independence.  How interesting that most Americans, who had to fight for our independence from England, desperately hope the Scottish people won’t VOTE for theirs.  DR.
