Far
out, but not far fetched! During World War II the Germans deliberately
starved over a million people in the Netherlands out of fury. The Dutch
resisted the Nazi forces they were expected to collaborate with. When the
British and Americans arrived in Holland with food, the Dutch went nuts.
But it was a special kind of nuts. It was the kind of nuts Americans felt
during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress.
The Dutch were crazy about food. The Americans are crazy about
