A war correspondent who’s covered eleven wars around the world and spent quite a few nights as a prisoner in the jails of various tyrants here and there CHARLES WILEY may be the most patriotic member of his profession. Remember when everybody was lamenting the poor homecoming welcome American troops returning from Vietnam were receiving from a fed-up American public, Wiley organized a “Support Our Troops in Vietnam” Parade that turned out to be the third largest in American history. Wiley, who at almost ninety years of age manages to speak before almost two hundred colleges a year, visits with Sara and Barry to share his exasperation with the level he thinks American colleges have sunk to!
