water-fall. The question facing America
is, can ADRIAN VANCE show America the way out of a guaranteed-return-to-recession
by avoiding the awful fiscal disfigurement of sequestration in the five days
Congress will have left between the end of "vacation" and
SH-BOOM? Vance will give it his best try
