The mass shooting at the Washington Navy Yard brings to mind how tempting targets like Washington and New York are to terrorists.  Not all Americans realize that after 9/11, when the city government of New York City realized what it was like to work with the federal bureaucracy, New York set up its OWN intelligence apparatus – including agents stationed in the Middle East – and has so far averted almost two dozen terror attempts on the city.  NYPD operative TOM RUSKIN visits with Sara and Barry this evening to explain this dazzling success.
