2/24-COULD GEORGE M. COHAN HAVE IMAGINED WRITING A ROUSING, MILITANT SONG ENTITLED "OVER HERE"

Hey, can you be a good conservative and still like Europeans? Sara and Barry both risk expulsion from the conservative cause if the answer is 'no', because both confess to great softness about Europeans -- with just enough exceptions to make it interesting! Sara and Barry welcome Barry's daughter, Celia, who spent eight years of her childhood in Sweden, and her Swedish friend, Aake Larsson, to discuss, among other things, the bedeviling paradox of Europeans being so civilized and educated and cutting-edge compassionate while Americans by comparison can seem redneck boobs -- yet, the "wars" seem to start among Europeans requiring Americans to go fight "Over There". Is there enough LSD in the world to make a historian imagine a "European Expeditionary Force" speeding to North America because the United States has attacked Canada or Mexico?
