ROBIN KOERNER is a young journalist from the UK who’s made himself quite welcome inside American politics against all the usual odds – wrong accent, not born here, intruder, etc.  Robin embraced the candidacy of Ron Paul for President in 2012 and coined the phrase and the concept of “Blue Republicans”, meaning originally “Even if you’re a Democrat, register as a Republican so you can vote for Ron Paul in Republican primaries.  The Blue Republican movement has broken those original bounds and grown to the point where, if Senator Rand Paul can transfer all the support Robin generated for his father behind his own candidacy he’ll be a giant step closer to the Oval Office!  Koerner visits with Sara and Barry this evening.
