As
a journalist he’s covered something like eighteen wars and spent a lot of
nights on hard, unheated floors of dictatorships around the world. He’s
CHARLES WILEY and, pushing 90, he nonetheless makes literally hundreds of
speeches each year, mostly to young Americans who don’t have a clue who Hitler
and Stalin were and couldn’t really do much better describing Ronald
Reagan. Wiley visits with Sara and Barry this evening to offer his prognosis
of America’s future based on the taste, talent and trajectory of our youth.
