disrespected. The forces of ISIS, despite the huge rout they suffered
when U. S. Commandoes raided an ISIS strong-point, have taken Ramadi and once
again put the Iraqi troops to rout, abandoning additional stockpiles of
American armor and heavy weapons. This puts not just American foreign
policy but civilization itself in jeopardy. Why is the ISIS surge lagging
