Financial optimism ruled the American markets today and not even Scrooge could deny Americans at least a little optimism. As the DOW soared up 2% Barry asked Sara what was driving things up and Sara replied there's some good news from Europe. Barry knows more about the culture of Norwegian Lapps than he knows about finance (very
little!) but he has one question that he thinks should cool American
investors down. Experts have a million questions; Barry has only
