At the Council of Vienna in the mid-1800s that convened diplomats from the world over, the host, Prince Metternich, was told by his senior lieutenant that the Russian ambassador had died during the night.  Metternich silently paced back and forth in his study and finally said, “I wonder what he meant by that!”  Sara and Barry enlist the help of teacher-writer-scientist-inventor ADRIAN VANCE to help figure out what former treasury secretary Timothy Geithner meant by revealing in his book that he’d been asked by a top White House aide to mislead the American people.  Vance visits with Sara and Barry this evening.
