Can you imagine Donald Trump, if elected, writing his first thank-you note to ultra-liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg?  All the laughter you hear is Republican.  Democrats don’t find it very funny that the apparent public mental derailing of Justice Ginsberg might actually push Trump into the White House.
