It’s not altogether pleasant walking through life these days carrying the burden of fearing you’re smarter than a whole circuit-full of federal judges.  Those who wear the black robes of the red, white and blue have concluded that, although the words look good, the astute listener must conclude that President Trump is, indeed, merely discriminating against Muslims in his revised attemp at a travel pause from 6 largely Muslim countries.  Do those judges realize the logic of that charge is destroyed by the fact that the two countries with the largest Muslim populations – Indonesia and India – DID NOT MAKE THE LIST?
