4/12- WHY IS AMERICA'S FOLK-LORE SO MUCH CLEANER, HEALTHIER AND FUNNIER THAN AMERICA'S CULTURE.

If there were such a thing as a "voice line-up", ROBERT RODRIGUEZ would be the last person in America you'd suspect had been totally blind since birth.  This happy-go-everywhere folk-lore lover may be out covering a Welsh folk festival, roaming the greenest part of Ireland in search of ancient toasts, roasts and stories, emceeing a mountain-top convention of story-tellers in Tennessee or prowling along the Cape Fear River in eastern North Carolina proving there are still folks there who speak Elizabethan English.  Sara and Barry like to bring him on because, though blind since birth, he's the busiest, happiest and most productive person you're likely to run into in a normal lifetime.  Rodriguez visits with Sara and Barry this evening.
