It feels strange for Sara and Barry to be applauding
CBS's "Sixty Minutes" program, but Sunday evening, March 3, they put
on an eye-popping show about China's building "mile after mile after
mile"of empty buildings, entire "ghost" cities and
then sitting back and wondering whatever happened to "build it and they
will come"! Completely ignored in
this otherwise praiseworthy report were the implications of the one you
borrowed trillions of dollars from and from whom you need still more, much
more, getting wiped out in a building-bubble.
That's the lead on this evening's show, to be followed by a high school
basketball story the media hailed as a stunning example of "good
sportsmanship" which may have sent exactly the wrong message.
Barry's talk show brings listeners wisdom, insight, and first-hand knowledge from a cosmopolitan mind and down-home heart full of charm, sweetness, and the warmth of a deep and steady inner fire. One taste and your listeners will agree that Barry Farber is to talk radio what a fine wine is to a good meal. CRN1 M-F 5PM PT.
