All
sentient observers will continue to deny the relevance of “winners” and
“losers” as America twists and gasps in the Washington standoff. And yet
all of us will continue to care about who’s winning and who’s losing above all
else. The most articulate and forth-coming analyst may be former New York
Congressman and a member of Fox News’ “Political Insider” JOHN LeBOUTILLIER,
