2/12-HE PROVES THAT, JUST BECAUSE YOU LOSE YOU SIGHT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LOSE YOUR VISION.

Barry glanced at a movie Sara was watching this afternoon, "The Enchanted Cottage", in which blindness was portrayed in such lugubrious ways a kind of cloud seemed to press down upon the audience.  The happiest man Barry knows is not merely blind, he's been totally blind since birth.  He's BOB RODRIGUEZ, folklorist, historian, story-teller, humorist with a multi-ethnic slant and one who enjoys sharing a good laugh on any subject whatever, so long as it's wholesome!  When he's not teaching university classes he may be on a Tennessee mountain-top at a story-teller's convention, tracking down remnants of real Elizabethan English along the Cape Fear Rive in North Carolina or grabbing a tape recorder and taking off for the Eisteddfod folk festival in Wales.  Bob simply has to time to be "lugubrious".
