2/8- LINCOLN IS SAID TO HAVE WRITTEN THE GETTYSBURG ADDRESS ON A NAPKIN. WE KNOW THAT'S WHERE ARTHUR LAFFER DIAGRAMMED THE LAFFER CURVE!

It may be the oldest joke in Communism.  Three political prisoners in a gulag in Communist Czechoslovakia are breaking rocks with a sledge hammer.  One of them asks another, 'Why are you here?"  He replied, "I was pro-Rajk."  (Laszlo Rajk, a Titoist deviant)  Then that one asked his questioner, "And why are you here?"  Came the answer, "Because I was ANTI-Rajk."  The third one remained silent until one of them asked, "And you!  Why are you here?"  "I'm Rajk!" he replied.  Professor-writer-scientist-inventor ADRIAN VANCE knocks out a blog or two daily that would take a normally brilliant writer-commentator a week.  Vance once did a piece on how great economist Arthur Laffer was.  More recently he did one on how villainous Arthur Laffer is.  Vance visits with Sara and Barry this evening to explain who Arthur Laffer is, and why you, or at least your accountant, should care!
