Ask any student of World War II why lives were SAVED by
using the A-bomb against Hiroshima and Nagasaki and you'll likely get the
answer that Japan's quick surrender spared America and the Allies from invading
the home islands of Japan, which would have cost hundreds of thousands of lives
of Japanese and American troops plus Japanese civilians. True enough, but there's another reason,
widely unknown, that explains how MILLIONS of lives -- not merely thousand -- were saved by the dropping of the bombs. Professor, historian, folklorist ROBERT
RODRIGUEZ reveal that reason as Rodriguez visits with Sara and Barry this
evening.
